CHALLENGE PRACTICES: 

Day 1

  • Continue practicing “Central Channel Breath” (as taught in the INTRO video)
  • Work with applying the “Four Anchor Points” to the Central Channel Breath
  • Practice Subject-Object-Subject, bringing your conscious awareness back from other people or situations around you (object), and directing it inward onto “you” (subject). Practice this throughout the day, taking note of your ability to shift the energy and how it feels when the energy is redirected back on to you.

CHALLENGE ACTIONS:

ENGAGE WITH THE COMMUNITY! Choose one of the above practices and share your experiences inside the Private Online Challenge Facebook Group (OR, amplify the impact of Day 1 and do all three practices!)
