To ensure fairness, transparency, and alignment for everyone involved, please review the following affiliate rules and guidelines. By participating as an affiliate, you agree to these terms.
Contest Rules & General Guidelines
- Integrity & Alignment
All promotions must be conducted in a way that reflects the integrity, values, and spirit of Dr. Sue Morter and the Morter Institute. Please promote with honesty, respect, and authenticity. - Prize Contest Criteria
Winners of any prize contest will be determined based on the highest number of UNIQUE opt-ins generated within the specified time frames as outlined on the contest page. - Minimum Opt-In Requirement
For any opt-in–based contest, a minimum of 100 unique opt-ins is required to qualify for a prize. Qualification and final determinations are made at our sole discretion. - No Spam or Negative Marketing
Spam, misleading claims, or negative marketing of any kind will not be tolerated. This includes disparaging language about other affiliates, programs, or individuals. Violations may result in removal from the affiliate program and forfeiture of commissions or prizes.
We Reserve the Right To…
- Modify, suspend, or cancel any affiliate promotion, contest, or prize structure at any time.
- Disqualify affiliates who violate these guidelines, engage in unethical promotion practices, or misrepresent Dr. Sue Morter or Morter Institute offerings.
- Withhold or revoke commissions and/or prizes if fraudulent activity, spam, or policy violations are suspected or confirmed.
- Make final determinations regarding contest eligibility, opt-in validity, commission attribution, and prize awards.
Update or revise affiliate terms, rules, and policies at any time without prior notice.
Affiliate FAQ's
We use a first-cookie policy.
This means that if two affiliates promote to the same person, credit is given to the affiliate who generates the first click on their unique affiliate link.
The affiliate cookie remains active for 90 days from the date of the first click.
Yes. For U.S. residents, we are able to offer commission payments outside of PayPal.

Refunded orders are removed from your generated sales, and commission is not paid on refunded purchases.
If a commission has already been paid on an order that is later refunded, the commission amount will be deducted from your next payment.
Commissions are paid within 90 days of the close of the promotion period.
